About World Cup Atlas
A living archive for World Cup fans.
An Independent Solo Project Built to Help People For Free. World Cup Atlas is made to help fans explore an active, updated archive of the men's and women's World Cup—connecting editions, national teams, squads, players, matches, and records in one place.
The project
Free to explore; careful with the record
The archive is free to read. It is maintained as a solo project, with the aim of keeping historical records useful and easier to follow as source material becomes available. Coverage varies by era and source; the site marks gaps rather than presenting missing details as certain.
World Cup Atlas is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA or any national football association. Read the sources and licenses and coverage methodology to see how records are assembled.
Our commitment
Committed to Safe, Ethical & Responsible Internet Use
- Zero-Storage Client-Side Security
The Atlas app has no user accounts, forms, comments, profile database, or first-party analytics. Archive search uses a static index in your browser; the app does not send each search term as a search request. Cloudflare hosting and Google AdSense are separate services and may process technical or advertising data; see the Privacy page. - Zero Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)
A design goal, not a measured guarantee: the site aims for a steady, readable layout. Browser differences, third-party scripts, and changing ad inventory can still shift content, so a zero CLS score cannot be promised for every visit. - Clean Web & Safe Browsing
World Cup Atlas does not use forced downloads, deceptive redirects, or pop-up traps. Ads and external services are supplied by third parties; we cannot guarantee or control their content or practices.
